Property Description
A Legacy Lake Burton opportunity that is more than rare, this unique property features a 1955 cabin built directly over a two-stall boathouse. Completely surrounded by the beautiful water and accessed by a gangway, the structure delivers an exceptional, classic lake living experience highlighted by a large porch and a main living area lined with multiple windows framing breathtaking, panoramic lake and mountain views. At the water level is an expansive open sun deck for fun in the sun, a third covered boat slip alongside the two secure interior slips, and a storage room for the water toys and tools. Inside, the rustic charm of the wood-paneled kitchen and cozy bedroom allows you to sleep with the windows open to catch the cool mountain breezes and hear the water gently lapping immediately below. The classic bath perfectly showcases the property's vintage 1950s character with beautifully preserved, authentic pink and gray tile. Offering a true lock-and-leave lifestyle right on the water with unmatched sandy-bottom shoreline views, this irreplaceable piece of Lake Burton history perfectly combines simple, classic cabin living with a setting that simply cannot be replicated today.
